The Best Places to Post your Showreel or Portfolio to get it seen

I have put together a brief list of what I consider are some of the best places to upload a reel in order to get it seen by peers and clients alike, as well as get constructive criticism - I include the motion exchange of course.
The breakdown can be found here http://dazpix.co.uk/blog/20placestpostyourreel/

What do others feel are good places to get work and kudos? It would be good to put together a definitive list of sites where artists of different types can display their work eg. cgi specific, matte painters, flash animators etc.

Let me know your thoughts.

Mograph.net. If you post a reel, prepare for a thorough examination from top designers/animators. Not the place to get defensive though....

For me item #20 is the most important. Having a site that is SEO friendly can be a big boost.

What about sites like freelancer.com or odesk.com?
