Shot of Xpresso: learning series w/ sample files & PDFs

I'm moving over to Cinema 4D from 5+ years of using 3DS Max and I stumbled across this new series on Xpresso that's really helpful. Put together by Matthias Zabiegly, Lead 3D Artist of AixSponza, he not only offers up sample C4D files but includes some nicely detailed PDFs. there's only as few examples up right now, but Matthias just started the series yesterday.

Coming from Max I'm really excited at playing around with Thinking Particles and Xpresso since they seem to be very similar to the Particleflow workflow/interface. Any other good resources out there that people head to for either TP or Xpresso?

Excellent analysis and in depth view..
Terrific heads-up Antonis! Now I'm thinking about picking up the bundle w/ that one along with the Cloth and Matte Painting videos. Christmas comes early this year I think.
Yeah Ryan..
Go ahead man..Santa Claus is coming...!!
Hi Ryan, http://www.cmivfx.com/Maxon/default.aspx?gclid=CN-a2uODlZ4CFVBd4wod... looks awesome... but so does the rest of their C4D section. I'm saving right now for it. Hope that helps
Doh! I didn't realise comments were underneath this box, sorry for the double post.
Thanks for the link. Valuable info

Speaking of Aixsponza, make sure you grab their spline on spline plugin if you havent. Not sure if its updated for 11.5 however. http://bit.ly/53fkbD
Here are some other links. I know it's a fairly sparse market out there. Maybe we can convince Harry to make a training series on Xpresso someday!

Great links Max, and I agree about getting Harry to start up some Xpresso training. His expressions series got the ball rolling for me in AE.
I pretty much post all my xpress/tp questions on CGtalk. Someone (generally Srek) always comes up with the goods, and there's plenty of gold all over their TP/Xpresso forum: http://forums.cgsociety.org/forumdisplay.php?f=182
I'm always happy to have a go at tackling TP / Xpresso questions. If you have any specific questions then I'm sure it would make for a good excuse for me to post on my blog (time permitting of course!)

I'll be posting all the downloads from my old old site soon, and they include a few TP setups, as well as MoGraph etc…
Thanx tim
