Based on a question asked by a TME member, here's a simple scene with a white reflective floor, including some falloff in the reflection.

I used AO for the falloff in this case. If other people have a better, quicker rendering solution, I'd love to see other ideas.

I am trying to achieve the look of the image on the Right in C4d 10.5. When I opened your file it said I was missing the Ambient Occlusion plugin.
AO requires Advanced Render. This is how I've always done it. I'll bug some of the Cinema experts around here on getting an alternate method of doing this.

There is a plugin called Distance Falloff that will help you achieve this without the overhead of using AO.
